Super simple, just solve for x like normal until you get to -x equals something, than multiply both sides by -1.

a+b=-x+c
a+b-c=-x
-1(a+b-c)=x
-a-b+c=x

If you mean solving for x then its like this :

Isolate x in one side of the equation :

a + b = -x + c

Subtract c from both sides of the equation so it goes from the right to the left side :

a + b - c = -x + c - c
a + b - c = -x

multiply both sudes by -1 so -x becomes positive

-(a + b - c) = -(-x)

negative x negative is positive so :

- a - b + c = x

x = - a - b + c
