Explain how knowing that 5 divided by 8 =0.625 you write the decimal for 4 4/8.

You have to divide 4 by 8 which = .5 and then u put the whole # before the decimal which will equal 4.5 , therefore knowing that 5 divided by 8 =0.625 does not help u write the decimal for 4 4/8 but the decimal for 4 4/8 is 4.5
