Sorry but I dont see a table but you could use a strategy to find the rate of change. first you find y sub 1 and 2 you subtract them, then you find x sub 1 and 2 subtract them. After you subtracted divide your final answer for y and x(if it comes up as a decimal leave it as a fraction). That gives you the rate of change, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

I’m not absolutely sure but i think it’s 7x6x5x4x3x2=5040 because as the first character you can take any of the 7 given then you are left with 5 then 6 then 4 etc.
