So the answer is B, this is because 3 divided by 10 is 0.3, so to rewrite it and make it true still, we must make 10 into a fraction: 1/10 so if we were to rewrite it like this; 3/1 multiplied by 1/10, we would get the same answer, .3 If I did my math right :) Hope it helps
