First you need to find the total number of inches.  To do that we multiply the number of students by the mean

50*68 = 3400

Then we subtract the two outliers from the total inches

3400-82-86 = 3232

Since we removed two heights, we must remove 2 students also
50-2 = 48

Now to get the new mean we divide the new total inches (3232) by the new number of students (48)

3232/48 =  67.33 to the nearest hundreth
