Need with equation for all the lines

Brown: (2,0) and (0,4)

Slope = (4-0)/(0-2) = -2

y-intercept, b = 4

Equation: y = -2x + 4

Slope = (4 + 1) / (5 - 0) = 1

y-intercept, b = -1

Equation: y = x - 1

Blue:

Equation:  x = -4

Orange:
