This is a pretty simple trig problem.  As long as you know SOH CAH TOA you should be fine.  The angle we want, x has an adjacet and opposite angle described.  Since it is across from the 8  length leg that is the opposite one, which means the to sides forming this x angle are the adjacent and the hypotenuse.  Since we have the other leg and not the hypotenuse we can use the TOA relationship.  so tan(x) = 8/15  Can you handle it from here?
