Apolling company wanted to conduct a survey for women. to make it easier for themselves they randomly selected numbers out of the phone book to call. they recorded whether a female or male answered the phone. out of 30 phone calls that they made a female answered 14 times. to see if this was typical so they could broaden their sample they ran a simulation to see how many times a female could be expected to answer the phone. the results of 50 simulations are shown in the dotplot. were the results typical? explain.
