the home that you want to buy costs $199,000. you can’t afford a mortgage of more than $750. how much will you need to put down on the mortgage and what will your interest rate need to be for you to afford the house?

this is what i found the interest rate to be but i am unsure as to what the down payment would be? would it be $135,750 (mortgage amount) or do i have to subtract something from this amount?
