Comply with the police and do everything they ask you to, such as giving them your license and registration. Make sure you stay calm like don’t get mad or anything because it will make things worse for you. If you know why you were stopped it’s best to just say so in my opinion. Don’t argue or anything and if you were speeding to a point where it was reckless, don’t try to come up with excuses. Stay safe on the road people!
