How would I write a numeric value to represent this equation?

I wanted to get Disney plus, my mother said it was okay as long as I get the cheapest. I looked into the passes and the one time pass where I must pay every month is 6.99. Yet if I get a yearly pass it will coast 5.83 per month. These are my options. Which will be cheaper?
