PLSS HELP 25 POINTS + BRAINLENESS
1) Choose two words from the word list ( I chose Watermelon and Gymnastics)
2) Write the words down in large letters, cut out each letter separately and put them all in a bag. (or hat, or bowl etc.)
3) Choose one person in the pair to be Player 1 and the other to be Player 2—Player 1 will win if more vowels are drawn, player 2 will win if more consonants are drawn. (y is used as a consonant)
4) Create a table displaying how many consonants and vowels you chose in 5 trials.
5) Create a table displaying how many consonants and vowels you chose in 10 trials.
6) Answer the questions below:
1. Create a table with the data you get (follow directions above)
2. What is the theoretical probability of choosing a consonant? Show work.
3. What is the experimental probability of choosing a vowel? Show work
4. Is your game fair based on the 2 words you chose? Why?
5. What would your experimental probability be on 100 trials? Show work
