after I sorted through the list I looked for numbers 0, 1, 2, 3 those represented the time that it was correct

4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 represent the time that it was incorrect the bolded one represent the ones that work. There is a 27% chance that at least 2 of the next 3 years are going to be correct.
