I know this is a lot to ask but please explain the best you can I’ve been in the hospital for a while and now this corona virus no school thing is confusing me like crazy. Parents from another country so they don’t know much about math and we don’t have online school and emailing my teacher isn’t working well for some reason (Maybe she just doesn’t want to help me).

House 1 : Volume - 2250   Surface Area - 1050

House 2 : Volume - 2133.33   Surface Area - 1154.72

House 3 : Volume - 2222.43  Surface Area - 1422.49

Step-by-step explanation:

House 1 : to find the volume, use the formula V = whl

(15)(10)(15)  = 2250

to find the surface area, use the formula 'A=2(wl+hl+hw)'

2((15)(15)+(10)(15)+(10)(15)) = 1050

House 2 : to find the volume, use the formula V=lwh / 3

(20)(20)(16) / 3 = 2133.33

to find the surface area, use the formula 'A=lw+l(w2)2+h2+w(l2)2+h2

I can't write the expression out, but you get 1154.72

House 3 :

to find the volume, use the formula 'V=1/4 4h﹣a4+2(ab)2+2(ac)2b4+2(bc)-c4

use the numbers

You get 2222.43

There isn't a formula, but for the surface area, I got 1422.49

the answer is 1 becuz if it were 1.0 that would rip apart the entire so ya. : )
