Bobby is holding onto the end of a spring that is attached to a ball. As he moves his hand slightly up and down, the ball
moves up and down. With a little concentration, he can repeatedly get the ball to reach a maximum height of 30 cm and a
minimum height of 8 cm from the top of the surface. If he begins out with the ball at the lowest position and then starts a
timer, the first maximum height will occur after 0.3 seconds. Determine the equation of the sinusoidal function that
represents the height of the ball in terms of time.
