Though he cannot be convinced by that, and he managed to get a sample of 25 males with similar age with him, and find out the average is 126, and standard deviation of 27. He was told that the standard deviation for systolic blood pressure of all men around 40 years old is 25. (1) What is the sample and population of the study? (2) Can we help the man to see whether his blood pressure is too high?
