Also, since the number of cases are declining to some extent in most countries, people have this newfound sense of safety and security, thinking that the worst is over when it has just started. As a result, they want everything to go back to normal as soon as possible so that they won't have to be self-isolating for long, and it gives them the sense of normalcy that they were so used to.
