Hurricane Harvey, that hit Rockport, Texas on August 25, 2017, was a Category 4 hurricane that had a maximum wind speed of 134 mph. Category 4 hurricanes have wind speeds within 130 and 156 mph. Write a compound inequality that describes these hurricanes. (Use h as your variable) and then write the inequality and graph on your paper.
