let's look at (5,9) is it was just counting by five well you would need to look at 10 cause it is the closest one to 9 let say you were looking at the distence of a libray and store and the graph was counting by 5 and the store was 5 and the library was 9 you would look at the five to fgure out it was five and for the 9 you would look at the 10 to find 9
