Suppose that the number of pairs of clothes purchased in a year by Europeans is normally distributed and the mean number of clothes is 10 a year. Suppose that a researcher takes 2,950,000 samples of Europeans, and each sample consists of 1000 Europeans. She asks each European how many pairs of clothes they buy in a year. She then calculates a mean for each of the 2,950,000 samples. If she added up the mean for each of the 2,950,000 samples, and divided by 2,950,000, what would be answer that she would obtain? Explain the answer.
