First you would do 9x+25=23x-19 and simplify it to x=11. to find y, you would substitute x into one of the equations. for example, 9(11)+25 which would equal 124. subtract that number from 180 which would give you y and it would equal 56

so in conclusion
x=11
y=56

Im not that good with division but i think 5 is -6but dont quote me on thatim not the best in division but thats my answer
