the diameter are (-2, 4) and (4,8). Find the equation of the circle.

(x-1)^2 + (y-6)^2=-13
(x-1)^2 + (y+6)^2=13
(x-1)^2 + (y-6)^2=13
(x+1)^2 + (y-6)^2=13
