The mean would get bigger becuase you are adding in a bigger number there for the mean would increase.The standard deviation would change as well because then again you are adding a bigger number and standard diviation is basically the difference between the gratest and least.  For #2 no the median wouldn't chnage becuase the 70 is going in place for the 7 so it would just fill it's spot and wouldn't effect the data set.
