Se tratan 10000 kg/h de un alimento, que contiene un 50% de humedad, en un secadero para conseguir reducir su contenido en agua hasta el 5%. Para el secado se emplea aire a 60ºC que inicia el proceso con un 10% de humedad relativa y al concluirlo ha alcanzado la saturación adiabática. Calcular el agua evaporada y el caudal másico del aire de entrada.
