I need help with my project. I’m stumped :/ The Ferris wheel I’ve chosen is the high roller Ferris wheel in Las Vegas.

This is what I know:

Height-550ft
Radius-260ft
Midpoint-290ft
Height from the ground: 30ft
Full rotation: 30 min
Increments: 28

Sin equation:
y=260sin(π/15x) + 290

These are my questions:
I need help with the fourth bullet point in part 1 and the second equation (shadow being cast on the ground) in part 2. (I’m pretty sure my sin function is the first equation.

And then the 3rd paragraph of part 2.
