The speeds (s) of a car varies partly as its mass (m) and partly directly as the quality (q) of a fuel in it. when the speed is 80km/h the mass 220kg ang the quality of fuel is 30 litre, when the speed is 60km/hr, the mass is 360 kg and the quantity of fuels 40 litres. Find the value of fuel if the speed is 100km/h and the mass kg.
