Shelly and Molly went to a music store to purchase vinyl records. Shelly purchased a vinyl record with a diameter of 12 inches and Molly purchased a mini disc with a diameter of 2.5 inches. What is the difference in the circumferences of the vinyl and mini record? Round your answer to the nearest tenth if necessary.
