In order to be awarded Employee of the Month, in addition to selling at least 200 new cell
phone plans, Darren’s total sales must exceed $100,000. Cell phone plans are $100 each and for
each plan customers usually spend $200 per cell phone they purchase (they can purchase more
than 1). In the first two weeks of the month, Darren had $45,000 in cell phone and cell phone
plan sales.
