I don't know who needs to hear this but I wanted to hopefully reach out to someone. Its going to be okay. Whatever hard time your going through must feel awful and I'm so sorry you have to feel that way. But please if your not having a good day its okay to cry, its okay to dump all your feelings to someone you trust. If your not feeling great today then there's always tomorrow to start fresh and get things done. Even the day after tomorrow. Why don't you have a 'you' day and treat yourself! Go take a hot bath, eat your feelings, and watch your comfort movie or show! DO whatever makes you feel happy! Read a book, do some cleaning, text a friend or family member how their day has been going! Go out on a walk and take a deep breath in the fresh, nature air, do some yoga, and go on a run! Build a blanket fort, make some popcorn, and binge watch that new show you've been wanting to watch for a while now! Drink some water, do some of your homework, and take a nap!

Go to your nearest mirror (or your phone camera) and just take a good look at yourself. I want you to tell yourself your worth it and try to give yourself a few compliments. Your amazing! I just know your worth of far more things then you tell yourself. You can overcome whatever trial your facing, you got this!

Remember those who love and care for you and dispose those toxic people in your life. Rude people aren't worth your time got it? Don't let them tell you your anything less then you are because your AMAZING and SPECIAL!

So please try to smile and take care of yourself. I believe in you and I know you can do this❤

(づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ *me giving all the love to you* (lol, excuse my cheesiness)

But keep fighting! YOU GOT THIS! ❤ ❤ ❤
