Duncan told his friend Binh that when you multiply any number by 100, you can just write two zeros after the last digit of the number. He gives the example 4 × 100 = 400 to prove that this is always true. Binh disagrees and says that the product 0.4 × 100 shows that Duncan’s rule is not always true. HELP LOL
