No they do not.  Just by looking at the numbers, you can tell they are clearly different.  However, if you had 2 expressions, you can evaluate the expressions.  But, since you are clearly able to tell the numbers are not the same thing, we do not need to do that for this problem.

No because the value is how much it's worth. $245 wouldn't be the same as $458 so it would not have the same value
