Reason:
n(u)= n(M) + n(E) +n(M union compliment E) - n(M intersect E)
26= 15+13+9-x
x=37-26
x=11 (which is the number of student who like both English and maths
Now,
The number of students who like English but not maths is
n(E) - x
=13-11
=2
