Is my first and second answer correct?

1.) The answer would be 12 units^2.
The way I got this is taking the distance of the width and the length which was 2 units for the width and 6 units for the length. Now we know to find area, we have to multiply length by width, so: 6*2=12

2.) The answer I got is 14.87. I got this by using the area of a triangle equation.

I got this answer because I took the area of the known full blocks which came to about 26, then I added the half blocks and that brought it up to about 29. There was one, not really full, nor really half block which would have made it like 29 and some decimals. Still, your answer would have estimated to about 30units^2
