The answer would be letter D, if you go ahead and divide 170 by .85 you will see that it gives you exactly 200. Why did I use 170, well because usally when you divide by a percentage or a number that has a point but with no initial number at the beggining of the point the number tends to rise, so I got the smallest number and started dividng it by my percentanges until I got my answer, if you divide 170 by .15 it gives you 1133.33 so it wont work, if you multiply it by .18 it gives you 944.44 so thats not it either, if you multiply it by .30 it will give you 566.67 os that is not either,  but when you multiply it by .85 it gives you exactly 200
