Arnold uses a recipe to make rock cakes. The ingredients are self-raising flour, butter and sugar
in the ratio 7:3:2 by weight. Arnold has 900 g of self-raising flour, 600 g of butter and 450 g of
sugar. Each rock cake needs about 48 grams of mixture.
