1) I think if both people are putting an equal amount of force on an object that object is given no force.

Here I found this..

¨When two forces acting on an object are equal in size but act in opposite directions, we say that they are balanced forces . If the forces on an object are balanced (or if there are no forces acting on it), this is what happens: a stationary object stays still.¨

Therefore for number one it is as balanced force, or no force.

2) This one I am really not sure but I think you have to subtract them so it would be

6N - 4N = 2N but the greater force is to the left so it would be 2N to the left.

The last two i do not know but if you give me a couple minutes I will attempt to figure it out
