Yes, there is very clear evidence to suggest or show a correlation between

watercolour and each animal's response to the water as well as their total responses.

Explanation

When the water was blue, the total water consumed by both animals came to 1410 ml. The dog consumed more water than the cat. The dog drank 1200 ml while the cat drank just 410 ml.

When the color of the water was changed to green, the animals drank a total of 1300 ml. The cat drank 200 ml while the dog drank 1100 ml.

We can thus,  establish that there is an association between the color of the water and the volume of water taken by each animal because on the whole, both animals seem to prefer blue water. They drank more water when its color was blue and less when it was red.
