I have been having a SUPER hard time focusing and if I don't pass this quarter of school I have to redo the whole year. Any tips for focusing? Please?

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Try going to a quiet room Because if you tend to have noisy family members it easily distracts you

2. Wake up early If you wake up early it gives you good energy to get the day going on

3. Eat Breakfast Its the most important meal of the day it will Keep you healthy! :D

4. Take notes So just incase if you have an upcoming test or when your teacher says so This will keep your grades up!

5. Be well rested Well rest keeps your body up and ready :)

6. Drink plenty of water Why Water is good for you and your health

7. And try Muting and turning of all notifications of your phone It can easily distract you

8. Create a to-do list So you can get organazied

9. use headphones to keep down the noise

10. Drink coffee It keeps you Up and some say coffee keeps them focused

11. Try studying all day (take breaks if you need to)

12. Try using some tips on YT

13. Lastly I hope you have a good Day and I hope you Try staying focus I believe In you :)

-plug in earbuds or put on headphones, you dont have to play/listen to anything, but it helps block out noise

-maybe set a small goal for yourself, where if you get a class or quiz or whatever done, you go do something else that you enjoy for a few minutes and think of a new goal for the next class.

-sometimes actually playing music tends to help! at least to me

-it can be hard, but try your best to work on only your current assignment until your done with that one. nothing else.

-(if you do it at home) go into a silent room, like maybe yours, and close the door. take out anything that might distract you, like electronics.

-if you do this at home and use your computer/a computer and tend to go onto other websites for an hour instead of working, it might be best to ask someone to block those websites on your computer. thats the most major thing i can think of...
