Tank A will hold small fish and Tank B will hold large fish. Dr. Howser plans on buying 3 small fish for every 10 gallons of water in Tank A. He plans on buying 6 large fish for every 40 gallons of water in Tank B. How many total fish is Dr. Howser planning on buying? What will be the ratio of the number of small fish he buys to the number of large fish that he buys? Show or explain the steps you used to solve this problem.
