Medium triangle is 2 x 6. In the formula it’s 2 x 6 x 1/2 = 6. Small triangle is 2 x 2. In the formula it’s 2 x 2 x 1/2 = 2. And the small square is 2 x 2 which you multiply normally to equal 4. Now add them all up to get 32 units^2
