Peaceful music helps

Maybe if your distracted by apps on your phone, you can always turn off the WIFI, or turn your phone completely off.

You can set a timer for as long as you want, even if your just staring at the paper trying to understand, at least you can say you tried to study.

You can ask your parents to quiz you.

Flash cards help as well.

Maybe close your door if its more quiet for you.

You can make a really comfy spot some where so your relaxed while your studying..

You can tell your self after your done studying, you can get a reward, like chocolate or watch your favorite show after.
