She then finds a second elementary school with 700 students that has not implemented the reading program. She takes a simple random sample of 23 students at that school and finds their mean reading score on the statewide reading test was 41.52 with standard deviation 17.15. If the distribution of reading scores on the statewide test is Normal. What is the likelihood that the survey will indicated that more elementary school students at the second school will have a higher reading score than at the first school?
