Results showed that 44 of the freshmen and 26 of the seniors had used anabolic steroids. i) Do the data give convincing evidence of a difference in the proportion of all Georgia high school freshmen and seniors who have used anabolic steroids? State appropriate hypothesis for a test to answer this question. Define any parameters you use. ii) Carry out a significance test at the alpha = 0.05 level. iii) Construct and interpret a 95% confidence interval for the difference between the population proportions. Explain how the confidence interval is consistent with results of the test in part ii.
