So you know:
65 miles to 60 minutes
Next figure out how many times 65 goes into 260.
260/65=4
You know that is takes the cheetah 4 times the amount of time to run 260 miles than it does 65. 
Now all you have to do is multiply your time unit by 4. 
60*4=240
It will take the cheetah 240 minutes to travel 260 miles.
