Here, ∠1 = ∠3 = 17x [ vertically opposite angle ]
∠2 = ∠4 = 19x  [ vertically opposite angle ] 

Sum of all the angles, 17x+19x+17x+19x = 360
72x = 360
x = 360/72
x = 5

So, ∠1 = ∠3 = 17(5) = 85
∠2 = ∠4 = 19(5) = 95
