Normally any one continuously rejected by interviewers would suffer from self esteem, self confidence and also would be pushed to accept the lowest paid job also . He would think he does not have choice to select the good job and hence would be pushed to accept the job which he feels below his capacity also.

But once he accepts temporarily any job and earns money, slowly he must seek for really challenging jobs suitable for his education and skill.
