Convert from fraction to percent 8/12

Well first you want to simplify 8/12. What number can go both into them?
4! So it would be 2/3. Then divide 2 by 3 which would be 0.66667 something (I used a calculator) then move the decimal over two and it's 66.7%. But I could be wrong on that part

The answer would he -4,-2 because the points are just on the opposite side. since the x axis is +4 it's going to he -4 and since the y axis is -2 it stays there because whaen rotated it stays in the third quadrant
