Of means multiply so if it says 50% OF 83 then multiply and then multiply with the other number outside of the parentheses.
But for number 2 turn the fraction into a percent. I know what you're thinking,"But Taeminnie10 how can I turn 1/3 into and percent?" It's just 33.33. Multiply 33.33 by 6.399 and do the same steps for everything else. Hope this helped!
