so the greatest is obviously one of the 16's

obviously, the order is 16.260,16.207,16.190
then the last one is 6.9 so the order is 16.26,16.207, 16.19, 6.9 and the numbers in order is 2,4,3,1

3. I can't see the puzzle that well, but 11.88 is more than 11.50 since 0.88 is more than 0.50

5. remember if the number is more than five round up and if less than 4 round down so
