We know that 1/4 in represents 3 ft in the actual apartment.
For a mater bedroom:
L ( model ) = 1 in,  W ( model ) = 3/4 in.
1 : x = 1/4 : 3
1/4 x = 3
x = 3 : 1/4 = 12 ;  L = 12 ft
3/4 : y = 1/4 : 3
1/4 y = 9/4
y = 9/4 : 1/4 = 9;  W = 9 ft.
Finally : Area = L x W = 12 x 9 = 108 ft²
the actual area of the master bedroom is 108 ft².
